Right now in my opinion, if skilled pathway yung kunin nyo, check and fully review yung job/ skills nyo for assessment, as far as i know, it is difficult to validate by an acreddited AUS body yung managerial/consultant work experiences. Check MLTSSL, somehow related/ aligned yung job descrption nyo with full documentation. Ma check nyo un number of visa applicants/ approval sa job codes through DHA every year., by doing this magkaidea kayo on your current position. For the english assessment; Unlike 3 years ago na kahit proficient lang sa PTE okay na, now its a must to get a superior score given na padami ng padami ang competition while the visa quota slots are being reduced. Although may pandemic, migration processing is moving naman although very slow. Go for it na bro. Godbless
