Hello po! Sana may nakakaalam po ng sagot sa tanong ko 😊

I am a visa 482 dependent/secondary holder. Nasa AU na po ako now for 1.5 years and first time ko po uuwi sa PH for vacation ng 1 month. We are currently on a BVB (bridging visa awaiting our next 482 result. Pag-alis ko po ba ng PH, same pa rin na ang kailangan ko lang are the passport & visa grant? Dapat po ba nag-register ako with POEA or kumuha ako ng OEC?

Wala kasing requirements for me noong una akong umalis ng Pinas as a subsequent holder/dependent. Only passport and visa grant.

No need to OEC since dependent ka po ng primary visa holder.

Nag medical kami March 15, submitted medical results March 16. No visa grant pa din. Under software engineer job code, medium stream. According sa immi website, earliest grant can be in 1 month pero recently wala pa akong kakilala na nakareceive ng grant in 1 month. May mga kakilala ako na nag medical since Feb pa.

Hindi nila isesend sayo medical results, Dept of Home Affairs makakaalam ng results. Pwede mo lang malaman kelan sinubmit ng NHSI Baguio sa DHA. You can ask NHSI directly kelan nila nasubmit.

Next steps would be to wait if may additional requirements na hihingin si DHA. It can be police clearance or additional medical tests sa pagkakaalam ko.

Actually, nag-email na ung clinic nung Saturday, and yun nga, sinubmit na raw nila ung results sa Home Affairs nung Friday, May 13. Meron na rin po kaming provided na police clearance both me and wife. Sana mabilis lang, kasi complete naman po ung requirements namin eh, kasi ung law firm ung nag draft, then pinacheck lang namin kung tama ung details. Then hiningan din kami ng mga docs na need bago sya actually naka pag draft. Ayon, salamat po.

as much as possible go through the legal path if cooperative naman yung employer mo sa requirement ng POEA. Dec. 2019 pa ko nag-POEA OEC.

afaik tinatanggap rin yung certificate from high school na nag-take ng english subject. you can also take english test like PTE for it, mababa lang naman requirement for PTE, 50 ang passing.

question lang po. anu usually ang turnaround time maka pag verify ang Aus employer ng employment contract sa PH consulate or embassy don sa Aus? kasi i think need ko ang original documents once mag appointment ako for OEC dito sa Pinas.
and need pa ba mag fit to work na medical as requirement for OEC ?

another inquiry, need din ba ng OEC ang dependent/anak ko? or automatic na pag meron ako, so di na xa hahanap ng OEC pagdating namin sa immigration?

To be safe, have a copy of your OEC sa dependent mo. If sabay kayo aalis, I don't think that would be a problem, visa at passport lang kailangan. But if di kayo sabay, mas mabuti may copy sila ng OEC and ticket details mo (para alam ng immigration officer na naka labas ka na ng bansa)

yun sakin nag submit ang employer ko for nomination last january 13,2022. Nakarcve kami ng nomination approved around 2nd half ng March, nakalimutan ko ang exact date. so nagsubmit kami kaagad ng documents. April 30 nakarcve kami ng email na need namin mag medical within 28 days. May 11, 2022 kami nagmedical ng dependent ko. May 31 ang grant ng visa. natagalan kami sa approval ng nomination kasi my kulang na documents yun sa employer side.

Hi! I'm a little confused with the medical. I was checking out the immi website and it states only two or so places where we can get a medical. However, none of those places are part of the POEA accredited clinics.

Would I need to get two medical examinations?

Yes. You will need to have two medical examinations. One for the visa, the other for your OEC medical

Good morning po!

Scenario: Nagreply na yung inaapplyan ko na firm pero tinanong sa akin kung nasa Sydney na ba o wala pa. At kung hindi pa, gaano daw ito katagal.

Base sa research ko:
1. Sponsorship Requirements
2. Nomination
3. Visa processing

Questions:
1. Paano po yung process?
2. Need pa po ba ng English Proficiency exam?
3. Required po ba magpaVETASSES (Architectural draftsperson)?
4. Gaano po kaya katagal in average yung pagproseso?

Usually, pag 482, merong agent na i-hire yung company mag sponsor. So malalaman mo yung complete list of requirements. Nonetheless, it's also better that you have done your research. So makakapag prepare ka beforehand.

I am in the field of IT and have a relocation offer from my current employer (employment start date will be this Sept 2022 and visa will be 482-M).
May migration agent na kinuha yung employer ko. Nagsend sya ng mga required documents from our end. Pero feel naming mabagal sya and di responsive sa emails. Wala kaming idea anong stage na sya if na-apply na ba nya yung business nomination or di pa.

Question: Si migration agent din ba mag lodge ng visa application namin or siya na bahala sa lahat? Lahat kasi ng required documents ay hiningi nya.

Ano po bang arrangement na sinabi ni company? Kasi kung kumuha sila ng migration agent for you, I assume na sila ang mag-process ng lahat up to visa application. Better check po with your company

I have the same experience, nababagalan rin ako. Imagine, I signed the contract back in March. LOL

Todo follow up ako palagi. To the point, pati yung tiwala ko dun sa company medyo nag-second guess ako haha. Pero no choice, nasa waiting end kasi lang talaga tayo. Mahirap makahanap ng employers na willing mag sponsor.

Yes dapat si agent maglo-lodge, you may also confirm this with them, pero usually that's the case for 482... So, just provide all the documents the agent required you to send them, and wait.

Ako right now, di ko alam kung ano na status, no idea kung na-lodge na ba yugn visa hahaha, basta nabigay ko na yung docs. All I can do is to make follow ups, kahit minsan nakakapagod at may sawa factor haha. Copied naman sa emails between me and the agent yung HR e.

Maybe same case with me. I also provided all the required documents na nasa checklist ni agent. They updated me na they are still waiting for some documents from the sponsor (my employer) before they can lodge my application. I guess this is for the nomination. Medyo matagal din yata yung LMT.
Once they lodge my application, it will take 6-8 weeks daw for the home affairs to process it.

Wala ako idea ano process at timeline talaga ng australia in terms of work visas so luckily i found this forum. So kahapon lang ako pumirma ng job offer after that walang update sa kanila ano na next. Ganito din ba experience nyo? Hindi sila responsive sa queries nyo.

Sa experience nyo ba, ano yung timeline nyo from contract until onboarding? Matagal ba? Sasabhin ba nila next steps. Ano yung mga pinagdaanan ninyo?

CFO is a requirements for emigrants... those with PR visa
OEC is for those under working visa (482)
