Lahat ba ito in PH? Yung part time pwede maconsider kung minimum of 20 hours per week.

ACS deducts 2 years sa total work experience kasi di counted yung after grumaduate. Total exp mo if iconsider lahat ng occupation is 8 years~ so for ACS it would be 6 years. But then, it would depend kung alin diyan yung talagang pwede mo maclaim (with all the necessary docs) na related sa role na gusto mo. Count the years then caculate the points. Good luck!

    Number of years Points
    Less than 3 years 0
At least 3 but less than 5 years 5
At least 5 but less than 8 years 10
    At least 8 years 15

Sorry di pala ako sure dun sa part time mo kasi may overlap ng time.

2 years is the minimum time they will deduct. It could be more depending on the qualification. If bachelor degree is equivalent to lower than an AQF bachelor degree then it will be more than 2 years.

Hi, ano po yung reason behind na mag deduct sila ng 2 years and also bakit hindi counted yung experience right after graduating sa degree?

It’s because they will factor in those initial years as the time you need to acquire the skill level they require.

I just submitted my application today, setting my expectations with the possible outcome of my assessment. I already exhausted all means but I am worried if my documents would be enough to support my PH work experiences.

    • Qualification - BS IT, State University (Section 1)
    • Work 1 (2014 -2017) - Complete ITR, 2 payslips ~ each year of 2016 and 2017 (missing 2014, 2015), SSS and PAG IBIG screenshots.
    • Work 2 (2017 - 2020) - Complete ITR, payslip of last 3 months 2019 only, SSS and PAG IBIG screenshots.
    • Work 3 (in Australia under 482 visa same ANZSCODE, 2020 - Present) - Complete income statements, bank statements, superannuation documents, complete payslips.

Thanks to those who contributed to this forum, it helped me a lot with my application. I just received my assessment result today, and I got a positive result. :)
2 years din na-subtract sa years of experience ko pero that was expected naman.

Hello All. May question po ako about ACS skill assessment for currently unemployed and non relevant experience. My wife has stopped working after giving birth last year, but she has worked previously.

    1. Can she still apply for assessment as unemployed now or dapat "currently working" yung applicant?
    2. Will it matter if we add in between jobs na mejo alanganin sa job code or okay lang kasi wala namang bawas sa points? (Eg - 2 years developer, 1 year helpdesk, 3 years developer ulit)
    3. if sa EOI, 65 lang yung ma claim, wala bang mararating yun (ICT) or meron naman pero matatagalan lang? If may direct sub dito ng latest invite points, pa share naman po.

    TIA, God bless us all.

    1. Yes, pwede magpaassess anytime regardless of your current employment status.
Besides sa points, you also need to consider different factors such as: onshore/offshore applicant, is your occupation within a critical sector, state's requirements etc...

    Just to add….

    1. Yes, that’s correct as long as within 10 years employment, you can claim for points
    2. I agree
    3. Right now it’s hard to base things in the trend because borders have been closed and no offshore applicant has been granted an invite since the pandemic. You’ll likely get an outdated data on your research or if it’s accurate, most likely applicable for onshore applicants. Take not that only 189 and 491 (family sponsored) are applicable to priority points. 190 and 491 would be based on the state/regional area’s criteria. I think the bottom line here is to be document ready so prepared kaagad to act when there’s development. That’s what I always tell my clients.

Hi, good day. I just have a question when uploading experiences in ACS. Even if same employer (i.e. Accenture) pero different roles, I will need to upload it here separately/tig isang 'experience' per role, correct?

Hi question sa requirement ng 482.

Is ACS required for VISA TSS 482?

Sa immi.gov kasi medyo unclear yung message. May nakalagay "Have a positive assessment", pero trades/crafts skills lang yun mandatory na nakalagay.

Some primary TSS visa applicants must undergo a mandatory skills assessment as part of the visa application process. Applicants who fit into this category and the type of assessment required are outlined in the IMMI 18/039: Mandatory Skills Assessment—Subclass 482 Visa. Depending on your nominated occupation, this will be a skills assessment by Trades Recognition Australia or VETASSESS.

    Thank you!

Hello, I'm processing TSS 482 Medium. My agent didn't require any ACS assessment. For English requirement, I submitted medium of instruction English from both HS and uni (PH), sinali ko na din yong sa diploma and advanced diploma ko sa Au. Required kase at least 5 years.

Para po sa mga past 7 years work Experience na wala ng proof of payment sa Banks and Company, ano pong pwede pang isama sa Payslip?

May nakakuha ba ng form sa BIR with employer historical payment?
2 daw kasi yung need na evidence maliban sa payslip, and wala na akong access sa Metrobank payroll atm ko before 2012. When I asked the company and bank, they both said, 7 years lang retention period nila ng documents.

    TIA po

Ano pong alternative - Hanap ng ka team tapos punta sa embassy pa notaryo? Puro local ka team ko at nag alisan na yung iba.

TIA, 1.6 years pa naman to

Hello po, I just received the result letter from ACS.
I've been working po since 2014. I am expecting na madeduct lang po sa akin is 2 years for required relevant work experience. However, based po sa result 4 years po yung nideduct nila. Sa section 3 po ng result letter ko **skill level requirement met date is 06 April 2018 **
Can anyone here po pwede magexplain bakit ganun?
    Thank you

I think dahil yung Electronics Engineering ay hndi closely related sa Software Engineering. Ganyan din nangyari sa assessment ko.

    Need advice on ROI:
If I was assessed under Software Engineer by ACS, but I also do Business Analysis work, would it be safe to submit ROI under ICT Business Analyst? My work reference letters cover both SE and BA tasks.

    Thanks!

    Occupation - Software Engineer (261313)

Sept. 2021 - PTE (Proficient) will retake hoping to get Superior
Nov. 2021 - Positive ACS Skills Assessment received
    Dec. 2021 - EOI Lodged for 189/190/491(FS) == 75/80/90 pts
    Jan. 2022 - Work Experience points increased by 5pts : 189/190/491(FS) == 80/85/95 pts
    Jan. 2022 - ROI submitted

You need to have BA assestment from ACS pra mkapag submit ka ng ROI for that occupation.
