Hi, nagsubmit po ba kayo ng ROI for NSW491? Required po magsubmit ng ROI for 491 at nageexpire po yung ROI after sumission window afaik. so every submission window, required ulit magsubmit ng ROI.

The higher the points the better... They invite EOI based on the date lodged and the points claimed. Based on what I researched, those who apply earlier, with the highest points get invited first. But this would also be dependent on the number of allocations per visa type and occupation.

In my case, I became interested migrating to Au in 2019, when I was already 39. At that time, the highest points I could claim was 70. And for visa 189, only those with at least 80 points get invited. And every year a lot of people with 80 and above points are lodging their EOI. So virtually no chance of getting invited if you have less than 80 points, more so if you’re offshore. That’s why upon weighing things, I decided that the best course would be to apply for visa 491 state-nominated.

I searched for the nearest occupation related to my work, that is on the list of occupations (PMSOL STSOL MTSOL) which may be granted a visa 491. Then I looked for a state or territory that has my nominated occupation on its occupations list, then applied for nomination.

Isang EOI per state. pag marami kasi sa isang EOI magkakaimpression yung isang state na di ka sobrang interesado magstay sa kanila

Question po pala, since hindi ako nagpa-RSEA, kelangan ba nakanotarize ang mga supporting document kagaya ng SSS, Philhealth contribution na isasubmit?

Nagparetrieve lang po kasi ako ng data of my contributions from SSS by emailing them. They responded to me in an email also. Do I need to have this notarized?

For those who received an NSW nomination, I have a question regarding the OVERSEAS SKILLED EMPLOYMENT SECTION.

It says the employment contracts are required docs. If I have been employed in the same company for 17 years, does it mean that I need to upload 17 annual contracts? Would certificate of employment suffice?

I don't think you need that much contracts. As far as I remember, as long as any company document states the information that DHA required, that is enough. DHA specify the information that they are going to look at in the documents submitted.

Hello... May problema ako sa EOI. sh*t. Tama naman nilagay ko pero ang compute nng EOI ay mali.

10 lang dapat and education ko dahil ito ang nilagay ko.

pero ang nasa EOI ko 15 points ang qualification ko.
