VIC ba yung mag commence ng invitation by end of sept? Or ibang state yata yun. I suspended my VIC ROI/EOI until I get my new ACS results. Kelangan pala at least 12weeks valid ang assessment for you to get invited sa VIC. While NSW requires at least 5 business days lang. Ang haba masyado ng 12 weeks allowance nila.

When you submit your nomination application, your Skills Assessment must have at least 12 weeks validity remaining. We cannot nominate you if your Skills Assessment has expired.
So my ACS assessment will expire by Nov 12, 2023, hindi na siya pwede noh? In-progress pa rin yung renewal ko. And my initial submission of ROI was July 2023.

Is there 12 weeks validity remaining when you submitted the ROI? If yes ,valid pa din yan at the point of application may remaining pa na 12 weeks . Calculate mo na ,sayang ang invites. If you wanna make sure, then hold it and wait for the renewal?
