Welcome to the New and Upgraded Pinoy AU Forum! We have only updated a couple of times since 2010. Apology it took some time. Some of the features are still being migrated. Please feel free to report here or email me at [email protected] if you will encounter any issues. Thank you.
I prepared the hard copies of the following documents: - Verified Employment Contract (if you have the one verified by POLO-Canberra, better to use that one) - Copy of passport and Visa Grant - Completed OFW Information Sheet (https://dms.philembassy.org.au/index.php/website/download-forms/polo/60-ofw-information-sheet/file) - Money Order payable to Philippine Embassy - POLO amounting to AUD 5 - Self-addressed Express post envelope (for their use in returning the docs and the OEC)
I sent my documents by post addressed to:
Atty. Rodolfo M. Sabulao Labor Attache II Philippine Embassy 1 Moonah Place, Yarralumla ACT 2600, Australia
It took my OEC about 7 working days from the time I sent it to them by post.
